I mean, we can’t even loan him out for a third season either really.

What a mess.

Selling refers to Guendouzi, surely?

I mean, fack me… are we actually gonna sell Saiba? 🀦‍♂️
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think it was referring to Guendo. But for me, it is more the fact that Saliba wouldn't mind staying at Nice. He might not see a path to the first team if he think that way.

Yeah, but I’ve also read recently how Saliba is ‘desperate’ to play for Arsenal too.

Some clarity would be great tbh.

U23s are already back in training at London Conley. Hopefully those not involved at the Euros will also start their pre-seasons soon. Maybe then we’ll start to know more.

Ben White links are clear enough.

Feck. This is the following tweet from Spiro

L’Equipe report claims Arsenal would rather sell both Guendouzi and Saliba ‘to get a return on their investments’

Just burn the feckin club, seriously.

I doubt L'Equipe have any concrete sources within the club to know Saliba will be sold.

Besides, Arteta would pretty much be writing his own P45 if he sold Saliba without playing him. He'd have to go on a title winning run to avoid mass discontent within the home crowd.

Although, what it perhaps tells us is that Saliba himself is unclear about his future, and perhaps Arteta hasn't communicated his intent to Saliba?

Shocking, if true, but not entirely surprising tbh.

Thomas Müller: "In Germany, we don't believe in superstars. We are taught from an early age to play as a team, not to shine alone. That's why you won't see many German players winning a Ballon d'Or, but that's also why you can see 4 stars on our jersey."

100% right. That is why I think we can beat France next week.

GT at his very, very, very best!

You won and deserve the win.

Am I really impressed with France. No.

You won the midfield by a distance and that was the key. Allthough on paper we looked to have a really good strike force but against a world class Varane and a phenomenal Pogba in midfield we were toothless.

Well done again but not impressed.

Matt Spiro

David Luiz has started talks with Marseille, who also want Saliba & Guendouzi, preferably on loan. #Arsenal would rather sell. Saliba keen to continue with Nice (L’Equipe)

Spiro is rather well connected. This is worrying.

Well conacted and a tool.

Hoping the club would have a look at the opening fixtures and make them realise they need to get on with recruiting player ASAP. Can't afford to be 10 by points behind leader by October.
