Yeah I don't see much to give hope of finishing higher then 10th while Arteta is here.

Expecting us to get Ødegaard this week, on the back of yesterday's loss and Willock leaving. Will be nice to get that over & done with, although I don't see MØ solving our issues.

I think he's rapidly losing support. More ppl are turning against him.

Samir, who cares if Twitter turns against him? Club don't

They will care if home fans turn. The boos and empty seats are awful PR. It got Emery the sack and it finally went against Wenger. Arteta isn't too far behind

The home fans will turn. It’s worse when away fans turn. Tbh I barely heard them last night which is unusual

Didn't those "FAN" tokens sell out in less than a day?

Facking joke our fanbase and the club knows it.

posted on 14/8/21

Fan tokens are crypto tho. People will just buy them with hope of value going up. Nothing to do with being a fan πŸ˜‚

Nah, it's not about Twitter, I am seeing a lot of fans in real life losing patience with him already and there's no doubt that will be reflected in the stadium.

If/when we lose to Chelsea next week, the boos will be toxic. Things are going to unravel very fast.

I thought people were buying them for "voting rights"

Almost looks pretty inevitable that it's going to be 0 points from 9.

Looks like we will have pretty much the same team for the next 2 games.

I don't expect us scoring a goal and obviously won't have a shot on target v City

Did anyone catch titler’s interview after the game? Haven’t watched or read it

In 2017, Wenger finished 5th and won the FA Cup. That was rightfully viewed as failure and we were absolutely right to expect more.

It's unreal how far we've dropped since then. Never could have envisaged it getting this bad.

5th right now would be a huge success!

I think you’ll surprise a few people and best Chelsea.

Although that will just paper over the cracks…

It wasn't that bad tbf, he didn't make excuses and acknowledged we didn't do enough to win. But he did basically say 'this is the level we're at, so it is what it is'.

Which is still quite scary in some ways.

Papers saying we are willing to sell Auba.
Just one year after we gave him a huge payrise.
You have to appreciate our (lack of) vision and long term planning

posted on 14/8/21

Would be great news to get rid of Auba though.

That is exactly what we need. Boos they are used to but empty seeds isnt what KSE can afford.

Only losing more ground in the table and an empty Emirates is what we need now.

The fans are already against him and read some conspiracy about Laca and Auba missing the game.

Who would be willing to buy though.

Also titler hauling off Martinelli and Balogun and finishing the game without a striker doesn’t scream that he has any trust whatsoever in Auba’s replacements

Titler pre match interview was weird saying that they are sick but ‘that’s all he could say for now’

posted on 14/8/21

To be fair Martinelli neither Balogun lookes like scoring or had even a chance.

Could have got 20M plus for Auba before he signed his new contract but I get why they signed him up to a new contract.

frightened at the prospect of ben white vs Lukaku

people were saying ben white reminds them of koscielny...lol white isn't even fit to lace Kos's boots

Unfortunately both were anonymous and had little positive involvements in the game. I doubt anything different would have happened were Laca and Auba playing
