When we brought Torreira he doesnt look a bad signing to me. He regressed and it doesnt worked out for him at Arsenal and maybe the PL wasnt the right League.

Maitland-Niles has been the subject of a bid from Everton - a two-year loan offer with an option to sign him permanently. Arsenal entered into talks with Everton but the offer has not yet been accepted. Maitland-Niles is under contract until 2023. [@David_Ornstein] #afc

If he were to improve at Everton we can have him back or keep him on loan and earn loan fees along the way. It would probably amount to more than £20m last season.

Chelsea won the CL because they have done a good job over years now and they dealed with the deadwood they have at their club.
At Arsenal we play the deadwood.
We had 3rd best defence coming into this season but now about to invest £70M on the defence for this season.
