Why would they do that? Looks the most natural successor to Partey. In fact played in his position in preseason.
Its either a made up rumour to get back at us for Tonali rumours that actually came from an Italian journo.
or Milan are already looking for a successor to Tonali and they need two CMs so looking at Sambi as a swap option to replace Kessie. If we are about to sign Tonali then Sambi going on loan would make sense.
