Not sure how you have worked out you are 10% likely to win the CL every season considering you haven't ever won it?
It says less than 10% so he could mean 0%.

People underestimate the Europa. I think we would have a decent chance of winning it, though probably only a similar chance we have to the chance we have of winning the FA cup each season, and that hasn't turned out well recently.
Plus, would Wenger take it seriously?
Europa no chance. They have some good teams in there that are CL level or should be.
Arsenal are 7/4 to win a trophy in the next season. That will reel in few pounds for the bookies.
That's also the only positive I'm taking from potentially entering it.
