Ain't that the truth! I play it on my phone, laptop, desktop.

-----------------

I didn't know it was available for Android, that give me 2 more devices I can play it on!

The Mrs is sulking because she can't get the kandy crush thing on her Galaxy S
-----------------------------
She probably has on older version of Android that is not compatible.

If other S users have managed to get it running... It is probably likely that she can update to a newer OS.. If the phone came with any computer software, plug it into your computer and try to update it manually.

Make sure to back up her contacts and stuff

Cheers Ji

I take it I can do that on Kies?

Yea, if he hasn't updated it already, chances are it is due an update.

The older phones tend to only allow upto version 2.1 or 2.2, but that should be enough to run pretty much any app on the store.

Cheers bud

Will try it later

Don't bother with Android. Google are starting to erect their own little walled garden and have begun with banning ad blockers from the Play Store

That's because Google is evil.

Maestro, is Google more, or less evil than Apple?

Yep, that is why I have begun the process of moving away from Google products and services

Android phone gone in favour of old school
Google+ account gone
Chrome uninstalled
Google no longer home page
Just getting my email subscriptions switched over to my new email address which is taking a bit longer due to the fact I have to wait to receive emails from them as I can’t remember the half of them.

Can't really blame them for that

Wouldn't be surprised to see that on this site

More. Much, much more.

I would say Google = Apple in the evil stakes

Are google and apple more evil than tesco and sky??

posted on 20/3/13

Sky is on par with them

Not sure about Tesco although they seem to be doing all they can to catch up

Google cover many more areas than Apple, which makes them even more evil.

posted on 20/3/13

Apple are more evil imo. Apple movies only work on Aplpe devices. Android is much more flexible and will play anything.

I use an Asus Prime - great bit of kit. When Sky Go is available for the Prime it will be pretty much perfect for me.

Im new to android, ling term iphone user

Got my samsung last week its excellent glad made the switch.

VCD, you are the first person I have ever known to say that. Whenever I have known someone to go from iPhone to Android, they've regretted it.

I have managed to share music, videos and photos from my iPhone, without jailbreaking it.

Maestro

I'm with VCD. Had an iPhone and got bored of being stifled by their silly rules.

Have an android phone now and can do anything I like.

The only slight annoyance is the lack of flash support on jellybean but most sites I go to now are in HTML5

I work with 2 applettes who've recently bought the S3 and both said they'll never go back to apple.

posted on 20/3/13

If they've recently bought the S3, give them time, I would expect the Samsung tat to be grinding their gears soon.
