It's close, but Cazorla edges it. Silva may have a little more assists in the bag but Cazorla has way more goals and is generally more dangerous of the two. I'd have him over Silva anyday

I'm sorry but Juan Mata is far superior to both and he would have a claim to being the third best Spanish midfielder. Cazorla and Silva are not as good as him and nor are they as good as Cesc Fabregas.

Mata and Cazorla are completely different players. If you only rate players on goals and assists then mata is better, but if you rate them on things like control of a game and defensive work etc then cazorla is better. football isnt just about goals and assists.

Busquets is the third best Spanish player after Xavi and Iniesta. Cesc is then fourth.

Mata is better than Silva and Cazorla but only just, and certainly not as much as some people like to say.

This rubbish you all spout about Mata controlling games. Have you seen Chelsea play without Mata? Without him they'd just about be top half this season. I've seen how things work in England and Mata won't get the praise he deserves but there have been very few players as good as him this season. He is an exceptional player.
