I think Caddis has done a great job for us. If Blues have the money, I think he has done enough to warrant a permanent deal. But with our finances up in the air, he could be snapped up by another club.

Rooney is out of contract with us at the end of the season anyway, so he is free to join who he likes.

Caddis has had a good season when he has played, he has had a couple of injuries but has done ok.

I would say he is a championship player at best, can't see him being quick enough for the premier league but it could be a few years before we get to the premiership so I would sign him on a permeant deal!
