I have just heard the sad news tonight and although some may not be into this,I think God has taken one of his own home.

I lost my Dad to cancer in 2010 and I still feel down on Saturday's,as he passed at 8am on a sunny Saturday morning

You can be truly proud of your father Jungle,and I hope you and the family remain strong for each other at this tough time.

Remember the good times and take strength from the love expressed for Jinky.He was a fitba man and a bhoy who posted in a friendly and balanced manner.

RIP Jinky,friend.

I have just read through these posts and I am sure Jungle and family can take the love conveyed to help them on the rocky road ahead,over the next few days and beyond.

Sorry for your loss Jungle, yer Dad always came across as a decent bloke on here which is often tricky to do.

Was off work for a week and not on the boards at all during that time.

I heard this news through another thread this morning.

I only knew Jinky through these forums and he was a great bloke, so so sad to hear of his passing.

First time I have been on this year, and saw this.

So sad to read this.

I spoke to Jinky a few times on here and on the old BBC forum. Jinky was always someone that would give an honest opinion about his team. A true Gent and a genuine nice guy to chat with on here.

I dont come on here very much now but when i was on i used to look forward to reading his posts about the games, Celtic or Rangers. He was a knowledgable honest bloke and genuine nice guy.

He will be missed but never forgotten. RIP Jinky.
