So, Blackpool!
As a former resident of Blackpool, I feel that I should warn you of the many pitfalls that lie there, particularly for an unsuspecting runner.
First off, if you have never been before you should know that on the M55 there is a larger bin where many of the weekend revellers deposit there brains and underwear! So, don't forget to collect on the way home
A larger number of watering holes adorn the route...I used to run a couple of the larger ones..just mention my name..........and you will be chased out this may be beneficial if you start to tire... Another good tip for the flagging runner is to take a look at the aforementioned scantily clad burds...in daylight! , perhaps not quite as stunning as they appeared the night before!
Anywho, Super (Run Forest Run) have a great day! We will channel our positive thoughts to you in Jinky's honour!
