I think it is responsible for his flakey performances
If I were Mancini I'd be pulling my hair out.
I must say I cringe whenever I see that it's one of the all time worst ever adverts. But he will have been paid handsomely so I guess won't care.
Quorn burgers never did Giggsy's career any harm. Hart will still get talked up as one of the world's best keepers because he's English.
I'd like to see Hernandez do a really cheesy toothpaste advert where his teeth ping every time he smiles. Or Robben to star in the old Tango advert that was banned, as the bloke that gets tangoed

Good call - and links nicely with the topic discussed on the other thread.
Hart just needs to be put his hair down and he will be fine
De Gea is Head and Shoulders above Hart
After last year's scalp of United, City's performances just haven't been the same.
Great goalie and no doubt a nice bloke but I can only think of Russ Abbot every time I see him.
except Russ Abbott performed in a Happy Atmosphere
Lets not split hairs over DeGea and Hart
Hart's hair-raising performances last season put him in the spotlight. However, his wretched performances have put him in the crosshairs of his detractors.
Hang on lads yeah it's bad but are you forgetting the appalling acting of the white pele

Love the chin rub at the end!
It was the best decision he could have made.
Just another reason to laugh at City!!
Suarez as the Pepperami man
Mancblueloz
Thanks, never seen that before. Personally, I thought Rooney took us right into the character, like a young Pacino. But looking at the date, doesn't this advert loosely correlate with the start of Rooney's extended patch of inconsistent form, thus reinforcing my general hypothesis?
>>>and would-be sports writers!!!
Red it was pure method acting like day Lewis!
An Oscar surely to follow.

It was uncanny, wasn't it? it was as if that actor actually 'became' Wayne Rooney, so immersed was he in the character.
It's almost as bad as when Bryan Robson was on Jossies Giants.
But to be fair it's only the same as the Southgate Pizza ad
Anyone seen or head from Binky?
I won't have a word said against Jossy's Giants on this thread.
It's a lasting regret that I could never get any of my girlfriends to attempt to recreate in a real game that plot device where the girl distracts the opposing goalkeeper at crucial moments...
