Called the eliminations one by one to my missus.

Lottie had to go, sheite idea, no numbers. Just a facking sixth form pipe dream, she’s only been kept in as an antagonist. Glad she’s facked off the facking spoilt elitist Tory brat.

Lewis - what was he thinking? His idea was basically a facking gamble on an 18-30’s jolly to a place he’s never been before in a role he’s never done before in an industry he doesn’t even work in. Terrible idea.

Pamela meh, facking make up or tampons or whatever it was she was into. Boring, been done before. Didn’t do herself any favours by bursting into tears every 5 minutes. Why can’t women control their facking emotions. Honestly between the crying and the periods and the maternity leave I don’t know why we bother giving them jobs at all.

I hope Carrina wins it, she’s got something about her. The other bird is just an office droid - recruitment, yawn. Hasn’t rumplestiltskin already got a recruitment agency with that wrestler bloke that won it a few years ago? Can’t remember his name, right facking smug git he was.

Lol only three contenders really, Scarlett, Carina and Pamela.

Lewis I liked at the start and it’s a sad indictment that he was probably the best of the boys other than the ones that Sugar fired because he just didn’t like them (Riyon, the blind guy and the other black guy). He became more of an airhead last couple of weeks and his idea was a bit dead, in an era tour operators are struggling.

Lottie I actually rate in some aspects. She doesn’t get bullied easily and the youngest candidate to ever make final five. However she was out the door as soon as her idea came to light, wtf 😂 for one thing the backlash Sugar would receive for investing in game shooting would be enough.

Pamela..she comes across professional and a decent idea that would probably make money but the constant crying didn’t look good and also looked a bit..fake in some respects.

Carina I’m surprised has done so well. May sound harsh but her initial impression does not give a ‘potential apprentice winner’ vibe. Her idea sounds a bit underwhelming still, just a cafe/bakery with her dad that she wants to build up? However maybe the simplicity is a strength for her. She’s obviously very unlikely to get on Gregg’s level but with 250k if she manages a few shops around her local area she’ll be doing alright.

Scarlett is the favourite though. The best performing candidate, the idea with the most money behind it and she also has the best persona. Works well with people but confident and really believes in her idea. Maybe only thing against her is it is a bit boring. No one, even Sugar it seems, likes to just end up with the boring insurance broker/recruiter. Still she’ll probably win. Carina was nearly just as strong in the process but her idea is worse unfortunately.

Also why does that old hag keep banging on each year about how she’s from Leeds. She has such a posh Southern accent.

I feel bad for initially thinking this too, pretty much based on her accent. I would say she's been stronger than Scarlett in the process as well. Scarlett has been consistently decent whereas it seems Carina has more directly contributed to more victories.

Carina has improved as it’s went on. She’s got a very likeable personality and the way she’s deal with Lottie has been quite funny.

Scarlett is v professional v corporate recruitment companies are 1 a penny and suggs has already invested in a couple so he knows the pros and pitfalls that come with it and the amount of coin in it
