Why is Calzaghe back in training?

posted on 1/7/13

not yet but i'mma twitter bomb him until he accepts the challenge

Joe beat him and made him crawl around on the canvas and howl like a dog.

BHop had to resort to play acting because he could not keep pace with Joe.

Even if this fight was viable I still wouldn't want to see it.

Hopkins had his chance.

Wasnt it a split decision with Joe winning due to landing more even tho bhop landed the better shots?

Didnt Calzaghe then say it was his hardest fight?

Didnt bhop ask 4 a rematch, but instead opt to fight a ruined Jones.

Fight wnt happen, cnt happen too late now.

No, no and no.

Boxing is not judged like that.

I had Calzaghe by about 3 rounds.

Hopkins started well out Calzaghe down in the 1st but from the 3rd round on Calzaghe worked Hopkins out and out worked him.

Hopkins was reduced to just trying to hug Calzaghe to stop him and faking low blows and as a result he stunk the place out.

Never deserved a rematch not now and not then.

Both hopkins and Jones flopred Calzaghe early on. Imagine 10 years ago if they met.

I bet u think a prime Roy struggle against Mighty Joe?

Roy was a great fighter but he was chinned and had a low punch output.

Calzaghe pressure hand speed and reflexes make it a competitive fight.

But all that is irrelevant, he didn't fight him, so lets not give credit on what we don't know, only on what we know.

Not worth it. Calzaghe has retired undefeated and has nothing to prove, he's retired a legend.

Too many fighters can't deal with retirement eg Hatton and it's just embarrasing.

he aint a legend he's the luckiest fraud in the history of boxing. Guy was seriously nothing special. RJJ and BHop would've KOd him in early rounds before 2004.
He also ducked a load of other fighters

calzaghe needs to accept the challenge and stop being a biiitch

BHop was offered big money when he was the middleweight kingpin but he turned it down and instead decided to fight blown up welters.

And Joe did beat a prime, during that time Hopkins beat Tarver, Pavlik and Wright, his best series of wins.

Hopkins had his chance and on that performance he didn't deserve a rematch.

You might of had a argument if you said that Robin Reid deserved a rematch, but even then Calzaghe has long since retired, a legend.

Hopkins has proved that he was far from over the hill when he fought Joe.

Calzaghe is a boxing legend, which you're just going to have to deal with. His record proves it

Those who disagree I can only imagine just dislike the guy.

calzaghe is no legend - and ur all deluded if u think he is

Just another Yank Calzaghe hater.

He doesn't need to come out of retirement to beat a fighter he already beat you fool.

posted on 3/7/13

he didn't beat him on my card

knocked down, slap punched 99% of the time against bhop who decided to troll all fight instead of actually box, and probably had paid judges
