Bad selections: Afridi in ODI squad and Sohail Tanvir in T20 squad. Raza Hasan instead of Zulfiqar Babar would have been good. That's all I can notice.

Pitches will suit the spinners in WI's. As for Afridi forget his batting it's his bowling he was dropped for and has come back in for. If he performs with the ball, all will be well. Otherwise people will call for his head again. But we need his passion and fight in the team, unlike some.

I'm happy with the squad apart from what I mentioned in the first squad. Hopefully Harris Sohail will get games now and delight Rizwan was picked. Ahmad Shehzad provides us as an aggressive opener.

It's a great move to make Umar Akmal wicket keeper. Last time he was deliberately keeping poor so one of his brothers could step in but he's been out of the team for a while now so that should be a kick up the backside he needed.

There is no point in having Sohail in the side if we have Wahab. The reason being Wahab Riaz can hold a bat better than Sohail Tanvir, Wahab is quicker but they both share the same problem. Inability to keep to their consistent line and lengths. Should have only selected one of them in truth. Abdur Rehamn I like the lad, but if Pakistan are going to play him, he should be in the squad. If they are not going to play him like they have for the past few series then in truth they shouldn't select him.

Agree with you Amir with Tanvir . He's had more recall's than Farhat.

Also the same with Rehman. He is not going to play but is a quality spinner who could do with a county stint rather than carrying drinks.
