An insight into Stale's managerial style

Every player who didn't play thinks they could have kept Wolves up. Do we support Jody's comments just because he is a fan favourite?

At 37 he was never part of our future.

could he have done any worse than johnson or berra ? no , would he have been a lot more commited than those two , definatly, we were paying him wages , putting him in the stand was a waste,

Jody's legs went before last season. Even Mick phased him out before Solbakken.

Get it right. We payed him another year so we could give him a testimonial.

He threw in a couple of portraits for charity auctions in return.

No, I reckon Jody could have done a job last season. He would have won points for us on commitment and effort alone, despite his legs.

Jody Craddock never let the club down once.

wether he would have done or not, we dont know, but one thing i do know is, he would have been better than johnson, legs gone or not

There will always be scapegoats and there will always be players who think they could have played.

Gorkks was brought in as the 'old head' to stabilise the defence which he did mentally but not with his ability on the pitch. Not playing Jody was the kindest exit we could have given him.

Not really sure that Jody would have made that much of a difference, just that Stale was so stubborn that he had made his mind up without giving Jody nor Gued a real chance.

Much as it pains me to agree with Pundit, he does have this one right.

Jody was kept on purely for his 10 year testimonial and should really have kept his opinion to himself.

Deano didn't un-freeze him either.

Stale's bigger crime was letting go of Guedioura before having a word with him.

Infinitely more as it pains me to say this, but I agree with Wolfie.

Shame DJ hasn't said anything...............i was looking to agree with him but the reality is it would pain him more than me :p

Much as it pains me to agree with Cinci, I am Cinci as well.

It pains me to even think of you inside me

Pundit the Vile would like people to know he is a red blooded heterosexual, with a large undisturbed gay fanbase.

Typical hypocrisy in this argument. One minute we are saying Morgan and Moxey are penny pinching, next minute we say the only reason we kept a well paid player on for another year was to get him to a testimonial.

Jody was a good servant to the club, without doubt. He is what, 37 years old. I think it was the club itself who wanted to reward Jody for his services and agreed to keep him on for a further year in order that he could have his testimonial.

It will soon become irrelevant as I don't see many players in the future committing themselves to a club for that long.

So it's not hypocrisy at all from anyone on here, just seeing our club rewarding a loyal player.

Wasn't he kept on in a coaching role anyway?

Hope you didn't hurt your head with that slap. Or are you peeping at us with one eye, or maybe that's how you take an eye test on 'ere, especially how you usually read what's not actually put on here by some.

Poor wolfie. I do hope you join the right queue for your next life when they are handing the brains out. You haven't the faintest idea what the word hypocrisy means have you

Poor DJ. You may believe in the after life mate and maybe this is your second time around. As for me, when I'm dead, I'm dead.

I think the club were right to extend Jody's contract and yet again instead of debating the subject of the article, you once again choose to turn it into a personal one.

Any chance you could form an opinion about Craddock and why his contract was extended?

Nice find by the way cinci.

I think the club were right to extend Craddock's contract too. But that was not my point. Shame you didn't understand that

You see, there is the root of your problem. You actually agree with something I write, but then add the hypocrisy bit. I don't think you'll ever change, you poor thing.

witless, you are as thick as two short planks. The point I made that it was hypocritical to one day say Morgan was penny pinching and the next day say he has given a well paid player an extended 12 month contract just to have a testimonial. Your reply was to say Craddock deserved a contract. Completely missing the point. You have the brain of a flea and that old man is the root of the problem
