Accepting Grayson because you don't think anyone would want to work for Ken is like throwing in the towel.

Gary McAllister worked for Ken and he did a good job.

Do you think Bates tells Grayson to be negative away from home?

Am not accepting Grayson, but I don't think there is any one better out they that would work under bates.
And McAllister didn't get us up from league 1, Grayson did.

Dennis wise would work for bates.

Is DI Matteo available, I reckon he would as well, as would any nimbr of lower league or unemployed managers.

I rated grayson but his time with us is drawing to a close.

Bates is the same as any tight-fisted, focussed-on-profits businessman. Replace him and you'll get the same in return.

Grayson has proven that he cannot manage on a meagre budget - there are numerous examples out there of managers who have successfully done so by skillful man-management.

Grayson is an uninspiring, vision-less leader and he must go and go very soon.

How about Gus Poyet,he'd work for Bates and was fairly succesful when he was here last.

Bates is the real enemy not Grayson, although Grayson is looking a poor manager.

Even Dennis Wise walked out on Bates.

Unfortunatley as well as missing out on decent players in the summer, we also missed out on decent managers. DiMatteo is now the assistant manager at Chelsea.
