I never said that though did I. I said it was 50/50 that he will join this summer but you lot were never in the running.

I'd argue we were far closer to signing Fabregas than you, on account of us actually placing bids with real money. Not that monopoly money Wenger seems to be fond of.

Fab wont go back to Arsenal.

I hate to break this news to you but just an hour or two ago Fabregas committed himself to Barcelona for this season. Even Arsene said he knew that Fabregas would be at Barca this coming season.

The hilarious thing is all summer you've been slating us for thinking we can get Fabregas and fair enough, we were wrong but now YOU are the one doing what we were doing.

It's like seeing someone falling off a cliff by accident and then throwing yourself off that same cliff and wondering where it all went wrong.

Not really because if you had a bid accepted it would have triggered our buy back clause and he would have joined us and turned you down.

Robb did though.

Robb isn't representative of our fanbase. And I don't think he actually ever made claims as strong as those you're suggesting.

I said we had a good chance of getting him because we made real bids.

Where as you've done an article saying you'll get Fabregas and Gundogan even though there's more chance of Dunks pub succeeding than there is of Arsenal bidding for them this summer.
