Personally I don't want tw@ts in our team regardless of how good they are

Rooney is ok, he is now way as bad as Suarez and the guy is exactly what we need, a winner...

There is no chance Arsenal will sign Rooney. He doesn't want to sign for anyone except Chelsea.

It's an interesting prospect, I mean we'd actually have an English player who the media would love - maybe the papers would cheer us on for a change?

Why go after Rooney when we are getting Suarez?

You are right thats what he wants but will he get it... I think not.. no way will UTD sell to Chelsea, they might as well hand him over the League now if they did... Thats the only hope I have...they will say if you wanna leave you are going to Arsenal or stay where you are??

We are not getting Suarez... .I hope he throws a massive barney now after his comments... cant wait for the fall out....

do you think we're gonna get Suarez then? There's no way Liverpool will sell for less than £50m and I can't imagine Wenger bidding that much for one player...

Rooney would be a better option than Suarez but no chance with shrek

£50M + a transfer request and we will get him. You must be naive as fúck if you genuinely believe John Henry will not sell him. His position at Liverpool is untenable.

We wont pay 50m, and I dont think we should its too much for one player... 45m max... How can you believe he will sell him after his comments, you think the mugsmashers will let him leave Liverpool alive if he did sell him..

The price is £70,000,000

posted on 9/8/13

Out of the two I would prefer Rooney!
I hope Suarez just stays and plays crap for next year!
And they only get £30million for him next season.

£50million is too much, plus he will be off to Real in a few season!

posted on 9/8/13

I hope they keep him, he'll be no use to them, if they believe they can make him give his all, then they are fooling themselves

If John Henry now the official spokesman of the truth or something? How can anybody fcking believe that Liverpool are not going to sell Suarez after all that has been said.

If he said that Liverpool would not sell to Arsenal, I would be worried, but to actually say he won't be sold to ANYONE is just a load of garbage. He is running up the price because he knows we have the money and he knows we are desperate. £50M + transfer request.

"“I’ve told (Arsenal chief executive) Ivan Gazidis in a personal conversation that I will not sell Luis to Arsenal.

“I’m unequivocal that we won’t sell to Arsenal, no matter what the bid is."

Wow your balls must be aching for this to be true, careful now, you don't want that banjo string to snap.

He clearly said we would not sell to arsenal, he even spoke to gazidis personally and told him we are not selling to YOU.

Throughout the whole boring Suarez farago Rodgers and Henry have just shown themselves to be complete tools and embarassed LFC. He is way overvalued at £50m ++ and I would be amazed and disgusted if Wenger coughed up that sort of money for him. TBH I hope they do keep him and we can enjoy the continual headlines regarding him going on strike, refusing to play, appealing to the European Court of Human Rights etc. etc. all season

And you still won't have signed a striker.

Wenger out

It's arsenal that have been shown to be complete fools.

John W Henry told Arsenal that we would not be selling Suarez to them.

They then go ahead and bid twice for him.. and wait it out.
While the transfer window passes them by.

Perhaps the Arsenal have played a blinder... New article coming up.

He said he will not sell to Arsenal or anyone else. Which is a lie.

Suarez will be an Arsenal player in the very near future and the Scouse delusion will make it all the sweeter

posted on 9/8/13

Good grief your Scousers really have lsot the plot haven't you ?!! Most Arsenal fans really don't give a flying £%*& for Suarez. Henyry and David Brent's constant utterings in the press are both pathetic and embarassing for LFC. Everyone knows Suarez is gone - whether to Arsenal or someone else (though not too many bidders ). He does not want to stay with a club who cannot promise CL football.
