I've been a goooner since the early 70s and been through some tough times - and am likely to go through some more before I push up the daisies. Just right now it's tuff mate.

Kickboxing is good fun, so many angles involved. Can improve fitness, go into coaching, compete. Takes a bit of time mastering some of the skills but its well worth it.
