Yeah I did watch Wilshire Chris, he was ok not great and not near the player he can be, don;t get me wrong a fully fit Wilshire is a great player but he's currently not near that level but of course he's been injured.

Maybe you saw a different player to me but I thought he was only alright.

I think you are missing the point. Cabaye is very average so what is the point in buying average french players (or french speaking players) eg gervinho, squalichi cabaye etc when you can get some british players who might play better as they are used to the epl etc.

Actually it appears that you don't 'appear to know anything' because Chamakh is french. He was born and raised in France.

He might play for the moroccan football team but he is French.

Carl jenkinson was born and raised in England, he could have played for finland's football team but that wouldn't make him finnish.

I still say the OP is still talking rubbish, we have 5 French players on the books and 14 English ones and 1 Welsh one. The "Arsenal are a French club" was a crap joke when everyone was making it 10 years ago. It's still not funny and it's far, far less accurate too.
