It's not 3 of 20 though is it?
Iwelumo, Foley, Stearman, Dave Jones, SEB, Ward etc all added value to the team getting us promoted.
Doyle has been a good servant, just because his value has depreciated doesn't make him a bad signing. My cars value has lowered since I bought it, it doesn't mean it was a bad buy.
Likewise, Sako and Siggy have contributed to the team over the last year, so they can hardly be called flops. As fir the rest of his signings, calling them flops is probably being kind.
People need to get away from there agendas and start looking at the bigger picture rather than getting one over each other in petty little arguments.
Give it a rest bute, even the biggest fool is well aware that the error was appointing a clown, who incidently should have left the club when mick did.
Or failing that, remove mick earlier when it was clear his time was up and he would no longer be backed, see the January transfer window for details
How about making comments that have nothing whatsoever to do with what has gone before cinci. I know you are on automatc pilot with the same arguments all the time but at least once in a while try to respond to what people have said for a change
I agree to a point tam, but four of those seven you mentioned got us relegated as well.
For me you cannot criticise one mans signings and then not criticise another's which ultimately cost us prrm survival, micks prem dealings were poor, plain and simple, which is a shame as his early work was spectacular.
Yes tam, all this one upmanship is getting boring now, , can't we just agree to disagree and move on.We are all wolves fans, lets enjoy the new regime and the way the club has started the new season, because its been fantastic so far I've enjoyed every minute of it.Its great winning again and seeing players that want to play for wolves.
So get over it.
Funny you have never said those words to bute DJ :/
Just annoys me that people still want to make comments to try to maintain the factions of the past two years without recognising that FOUR managers failed us, 90% of the players failed us, and Morgan and mosey (not stale or mick) agreed the signing fees and wages for all these players. .. so must shoulder a large chunk of the blame for players we can't sell as they have been priced out of the market.
We have lost nothing on SS players yet as they have all gone on loan or we have turned down offers that didn't match their value to wolves. To single out those for or five players as being the root of our relegation and to say they are near valueless is just nonsense.

And who has said that GB?
A new dawn has broken, has it not?
Let's just embrace the new dawn and leave the past where it belongs........... in the past.
I'm delighted that Wolves are now at last turning the corner after the plummets. It doesn't stop me having regrets about the earlier events, and it will be a very long time before I feel better about them. I have also been consistent in my views right from the start, when MM was manager, and people like Wolfie were finding it impossible to give him any kind of praise, and indeed, were predicting great things without him.
Love the car analogy, Tamwolf. I wish I'd thought of it!
Everton signing Lukaku on loan for the season.
Anichebe and Sessignon in at Albion
Long to Hull
Odem to Cardiff
That's Blunderland gone, then.
I hope the Albion signings have get-out clauses included.
Sessignon is dependent on Hull signing Long.
Desperate times.
Not sure Anichebe will make the grade but Sessignon on his day is very good. Inconsistent though and neither of them anywhere near as good as Lukaku. Wolves v Albion in the Championship next season is certainly a possibility
Bute, for crying out loud. give it a rest. I DID PRAISE MM for getting us promoted. However he wasn't and never will be a good Premiership manager. I refuse to get involved in yet another debate about him.
He's gone, so has TC, SS and DS.
DJ, just how many of SS's signings have we actually sold? Zilch, so their values may well go up after successful loan periods at whatever club they're at. Don't jump the gun on your personal assessment value of them. We may even get a fee for your Premiership LB, Ward.
Why the heck can't we all move on and look forward to a season which could reap rewards and hopefully with a manager, who at last seen the value of bringing on younger players. The 3 we signed recently and now this other lad from Wrexham tells me we are heading in the right direction at last.
wolfie is right, a new dawn has broken.
Let's embrace it as one.
I've made it quite clear that I'm looking forward to the season, WIT SS, and that we have no option but to "move on", as you call it.
For crying out loud, give it a rest Butey.
Wolfie how about if you don't want to join in a debate just shutting your gob rather than consistently moaning about other posters. Everyone on the site will debate whatever they want to debate and you are the last person that is in a position to criticise what people choose to write considering the rubbish you come out with
I'm sensing a bit of friction between wolfie and DJ?
Don't know if this has been posted yet.
