Why you never spend it anyway...
Well with big name signing like Ozil and potentially many more, big sponsorship will come through. Also need to start challenging again.
Our 2013 figures will most likely exceed the gunners'. And we have also shifted a lot of high earners and replaced them with less expensive one.
Good business on our part.
He wants us bad, Free Suarez
United are a gulf apart!
Thats some gap we need to brdige. Dont see it happening unless we start winning things.
Isnt City's new kit deal nearly double ours?
Our 2013 figures will most likely exceed the gunners'.

No it won't.
Unless you count inflated deals from your Sheikh's mate?
United have huge debt compared to us, their owners did them otherwise they could have been scary.

Not just the new kit deal but a couple of other high profile deals across the world.
I won't be surprised to see us break even within the next 2 years. And thats with us maintining the top 4 as well. So, the project is going ahead of schedule.
The good news about this year is that we've shifted a lot of dead wood which should bring our wage fees down

You mean the inflated deal that is less than what you guys are collecting on the Emirates? Anyway, that deal is likely to make up around 10% of our total 2013 revenue so I look forward to what your next excuse will be.
City and Chelsea are on class A substance and won't count until they live without their owners subsidising them at a huge loss.
"You mean the inflated deal that is less than what you guys are collecting on the Emirates?"
Don't think this is true. We got £150m for 5 years, you got £400m for 10 years for a smaller, sh/tter stadium.
As for it being an excuse :

Apples and Oranges here.
Your £150m was for the stadium only.
Our £400m was a total package which includes the stadium, shirt, training ground etc.
So you need to include your shirt sponsorship deal and then compare.

It's misleading because Chelsea's is when they won the CL which adds on about 60m of prize money, plus our new sponsors add on about 60m to ours anyway. In a couple of years we will be on a level with Utd, Bayern, Real, Barca.
