I am fine with Flamini. We needed someone to do that job.

I dont really know how good Gustavo is to be honest, cos i dont really rate Javi Martinez(cos i dont think he's mobile enough) and yet he took Gustavo's spot in the Bayern team. So on that basis i would say Flamini

I've actually been watching a bit of the German league this season (BT sport). His team isnt doing that well so far, think they are about mid table, but its still early days.

We could go back for him in Jan, he could still play CL.

Flamini. Don't really need Gustavo with Arterta in the team.

Well, Flamini represents the better value as he was free.

But Gustavo any day for me.

I said from the off that we should sign Flamini. Quality player with vital EPL experience who knows the arsena way. Gussy whilst good wwould have needed time to settle in on the different style of play in the EPL.

I would have said Gustavo before the season as I was ravenous for new players....

but it turned out that Flamini was just what we needed and was free, so more money to spend on a CF in jan / summer

Flamini has hit the ground running so I prefer him

I wanted us to sign both if im honest. What happens when Flamini gets injured or suspended? We have bk to having no proper DM.

Having Flamini would have given Gustavo time to adapt and get used to the PL instead of just rushing him in.

Flamini is doing the exact job we need him to do, and so far is doing a great job. I'm fine with Flamini instead of gustavo.

Even if Gustavo's the better player £17m in comparison to a free answer's the question
