Said it before and i'll say it again, timing beats speed and Mayweather is one of the best timers of a punch in boxing. It may take a few rounds to get used to the speed, but after that Khan will get picked off throughout.

Another issue with Khan is he is too easy to hit, if he had better movement and could actually box for 12 rounds without getting into a tear up then i'd say he would have a chance. In reality he has not improved defensively since turning pro so not much hope of it happening now

Keep your guards up

The more he lets his hands go the more Mayweather counters him and knocks him out quicker.

He will time his right hand and detonate it on Khan's chin and Khan wont be able to take it for very long. Khan isn't as technically sound or smart as Canelo or Guerrero.

Yeh exactly, Khan has speed fair enough. What else has he got though to keep Floyd at bay? Khan doesnt have the accuracy to keep landing shots on Floyd and step out in time before Floyd lands shots of his own. Khan misses more than he lands and Floyd lands more than he misses. Khan will tire himself out too with his airshot combinations.

Khan has more experience than canelo and guerrero, and he's been in with some of the best boxers in his weight class.Canelo and guerrero were hardly smart in there with mayweather, trying to out think mayweather won't work because he can't be done.

Mr chelsea khan actually does have the ability to step in and out the pocket whilst landing shots. He doesn't have to land all his punches but as long as he gets some on target it will make it interesting.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
True vik but mayweather is a very accurate quick counter puncher and going by recent fights. Khan just walks straight into shots and gets put down. Khan is not a smart boxer. He's a naive boxer. Thats why his fights are exciting. We're talking mayweather now and his experience will show.

That's how I see it panning out anyway

Nobody has out boxed Khan.

I doubt Khan's even quicker than Mayweather tbh. Even if he is, there isn't that much of a difference between them.

This fight on paper is a farce. Mayweather will just walk right through this guy.

The only thing Mayweather can walk through is his front door.

I doubt he'd even KO a glass chinned pretender like Khan

I think this will be one of Floyd's toughest tests to date. Even if he does KO Khan late on, he'll have his hands full imo. Still expect him to emerge victorious.

That says more about Mayweather's cherry picking style than anything else.

Oh my God. As I've said on here previously, you have no clue about this sport.

You think the joke that is Khan is one of Mayweather's toughest tests?
Please stop posting.

It makes me laugh seeing this idiot talk about something he quite clearly has no idea about.

Khan has literally no skills, technique or ability to trouble Mayweather.
Even his speed is overrated.
He's got nothing to scare Mayweather with. No power either.

You'd know that if you knew what you were talking about. G'imp.

How you can question somebody's knowledge about the sport and then follow it up with utter drivel like that is beyond me.

Khan is a very talented 'boxer', what stops him from being elite his his absolute joke of a chin/defence. He's got good natural offensive skills. He's a very good combination puncher and his speed isn't matched by many, regardless of what you think.

Khan will no doubt give Floyd one of his toughest fights yet for as long as the bout lasts. I would expect it to go 12 rounds but wouldn't surprise me if Khan's glass chin was found out again. Even by an average puncher like Floyd.

The first three or four rounds could be interesting. Mayweather isn't a big puncher, but he will certainly will land big on Khan with some well times counters. He is also the bigger fighter and khan has yet to prove himself capable at 147lbs.

Khan has the tools offensively (his his speed and ability to throw a lot of punches) to bother PBF, but once Mayweather gets his number I could see him stopping Khan. Defensively he is very average and he has porcelain whiskers.
