I wouldn't put Everton up there but IMO there is a big 6 now.

Robb, i still personally think Everton will still finish comfortably ahead whoever finishes 8th.

No, only a big 4, if you can't get in the top 4 then you can't compete with the Elite Clubs, so you are not referred to as a big team that can compete in my opinion.

I miss the original big 4

Liverpool don't deserve to be in the 'big' yet. Big 5 I agree with. Unless Liverpool can prove it over the course of the season I rate Everton as more of a danger.

No, come the end of the season it will be the same teams as usual in the top 4, but maybe in a different order. Then we will have the Eurodisney hopefuls playing for the Euro mickey mouse cup.

I miss the original big 1 even more Metro.

Tiki,

Can you really be considered a 'big team who competes' if you finish 4th any more-so than the team who finishes 5th?

I know you'll say 4th gets you into the Champions League elite competition but it doesn't hold that much water for me. It doesn't guarantee any silverware.

Especially if you're finishing comfortably behind first on a regular basis.

Bring back the sky 4.

Not just saying this as I'm a spurs fan or trying to wum Liverpool, but I'd say big 5. Liverpool haven't been close to the top 4 recently/consistently since 2009 so how are they a part of it? Spurs have been in/knocking on the door hence why I'd put them in it.

Big 4,5,6 or 7 I'd suggest have been overtaken by Big 2 in Spain and Big 1 (2?) in Germany,

Spurs are in the same bracket as Everton, Ipswich and Sunderland.

They've all flirted with the top 4 but the real powerhouses have consolidated over years and actually won stuff.

Since the turn of the Milennium, Chelsea, Liverpool and United lead the way with trophies

...and yet Spurs think they're in

The lack of knowledge by the OP of when to use the word 'there' instead of 'their' and vice versa in this article astounded me......

Until I realised it was a Chelsea supporter.

So what the OP got his they're and there mixed up? They're is know need two be so petty.

Wenger...

Basing intelligence on who someone supports?
I think that shows who the real idiot is.

Yes I think there is a big six, and I think we will put in a serious challenge to at least finish top four this season. When Coutinho comes back, we will have the most devastating attacking trio in the league, that's got to help our cause.

Spurs are most likely one of bottom 10 clubs...they enjoyed their time in the Sun.. now, normality is returned at the tin pot lane..

There is huge difference between BIG 4 and TOP 4. I think big 4 have bigger fan base, bigger revenue, bigger trophy cabinet and bigger history. While top 4 are the team that finish in top 4 of the league.

Metro I didnt think there was a wum in your post either. Til I closely inspected it and saw you put Spurs in the same bracket as Ipswich
