How do you know this?
Im a red member, I can see all the individual seats available on an interactive map.
do u think there's a chance of general sale
Arsenal vs Liverpool went on General sale about 4 years ago in the Carling Cup, im sure some will on this. Lots of group stage CL matches have gone on general sale too.
Are red members only allowed one ticket

Yeah.
Yep, though you can buy up to six (I think) but you have to assign each one to another member.
Its only £26 a year, its worth it even if you don't use it yet if you want a silver membership in say like 5/10 years time.
As it's Chelsea I am not sure if it will make general sale - I have already bought but there are lots of tickets left for members. The bottom tier is sold out but I wouldn't choose that again anyway, it is cheaper and you are closer to the players but you get a poor view of the overall game and what's actually going on..
Having looked at the numbers left 3 weeks away I think it will make general sale but it will probably be a bun fight to get tickets when it does...
