I have been saying it for a while that pod won't be back until the new year.

That's 4/5 months out. Absolutely crazy

5-6 weeks means he will be there with the beginning of December not January bar any setbacks.

You really believe the 5-6 weeks .

Hasn't our injury crisis over the years taught you anything

Good article, gt.

Not much too add really.

Disappointing to lose, but no need to panic.

Onwards to Palace - our first match this season against one of the promoted teams, doubters - before Arsene has the decision of whether to 'go strong' against Chelsea.

A fearsome debate about that lies ahead here in the coming days, I'm sure...

There is no reason why I should believe the player himself because the sort of injury demands 10-12 weeks timeout.

The balance of the team is wrong when Flamini isn't playing, frankly Arteta doesn't fit into that team. He's not a DM. Sure Ramsey was badly at fault for their goal, but if you look at Arteta he stands watching Ramsey dribbling rather than moving into space to give him an option.

I'm not sure why Rosicky started ahead of Cazorla, perhaps it was just fitness.

Thanks Lex for you decent comment. I think against Palace Wilshere needs to be benched and Gnabry should be given another chance outwide where we missed Theo a bit yesterday.

Sorry but was easy for Ramsey to clear the ball away. Arteta couldnt do anything if Ramsey thinking he must play like Messi from now on.

Strongest team should play vs Palace. If we lose vs Chelsea, we lose. Just keep it respectable, we have bigger fish to fry at the moment.

Please, Let't not start laying into Ramsey after one mistake.

No you are right. I wont do it. But Ramsey's performance yesterday reminded me of the days when I was panicking whenever he was lined up. These days are thankfully behind him.

He had a bad game and that can happen of course. That is why I sad we should bench Wilshere. He were not any better than him.

Bats, I agree with you. We need to play our best team against Palace but Wilshere didnt belong in when we have Flamini back.

I think Ramsey tried too hard yesterday. When he does that he gets caught on the ball.

Yeah Ramsey did seem to be trying too hard when nothing was coming off. Its a rare blip in an amazing season for him till now though, so hopefully he will be back to his merry ways

Yep I agree completely, it is his fault. I was merely saying that rather than watch him playing football Arteta could have given him an option, which I thought was a basic rule of playing football. At very least provide some cover if he did lose the ball (and that's not just Arteta but everyone).

"Arteta could have given him an option, which I thought was a basic rule of playing football."

That's normally what Arsenal do - the core of their 'little triangles'.
This season, however, some players have been outstanding because their confidence has given them greater freedom.
Like yesterday, there will be occasional blips. I hope Ramsey continues his bold play, and we are behind him.
