No the fight hasn't happened because Pacquiao is a coward and is too busy sucking his promoter off Bob Arum while Koncz gets in on the act. Who walked away from negotitions in December 2009/ January 2010 it was Pacquiao and Bob Arum. Who told a retired judge who acts a mediator between top rank and golden boy that they had no interest in fighting Mayweather again Bob Arum.
