At 2-0 Croatia would have gone so open and start losing it and maybe get a red card while at 0-1 they don't have to force it. If you look at the game the only dangerous period before England conceded were 2 minutes before the goal happened.

Sorry that's rubbish Southgate got it wrong in the second half if he had brought on some help for Henderson in the second half it might of been different. Alli offers nothing in a defensive standpoint you should know that we were outnumbered in midfield.
