Yeah wasn't the worst England performer by a long shot, loads worse. And one of our better performers at the entire world cup.

Problem is people expect him to be Pirlo and hes one of the few who try a pass in behind etc. like gerrard used to get slammed for his hollywood balls yet if he didnt do them England wouldn't go anywhere

The options there are poor, its not Hendos fault hes the best we've got there.

We've seen a few times how considerably worse off we are when Hendo isn't in the team.
