PP asks a lot of stupid questions. It is like when a young lady tries to show an interest in football despite knowing fack all about it.
Yet PP is always watching football.

That, my friends, is why PP is weird.

Five wins out of last 14 for Pochettino. Exactly same as Solskjaer.

Thought Spurs played well in that second half. Sissoko was a beast and Lucas worked his socks off. But the delivery was poor and the Ajax defence played very well.

Still all to play for if Son and Kane are back for the next game.

I fancy Spurs to turn it around.

Spurs lacked runners in the channels, movement off the ball and pace upfront.

And like night follows day it’s the injuries and missing players that have cost Spurs!!!

Ajax will draw with Spurs at their gaff and progress. Simples.

If Spurs start like they did today the tie will be finished in the first half. Poch got it wrong, went too defensive.

Ajax have done well but have been slightly fortunate facing teams at the right time. Real before Zidan (Scolari just before getting sacked). Real getting beaten at home by every team even Girona. Juventus off form after going unbeaten for a long run then beaten by the likes of Genoa and Spal before facing Ajax. And Spurs not in good form beaten few days ago by West Ham who played as well as Ajax. Spurs have injury problems.

Can only see them going for it from the start in 2nd leg. Conceding doesn't make that much of a difference to their job.

Ajax will be looking back at tonight's game with de Ligt

On the other hand Spurs looked sluggish and jaded over the whole game. Yes they managed to put pressure on Ajax second half but Ajax let them and only wanted to keep that result.

Christian Eriksen reflects on a disappointing night for Spurs...

that's Ajax's team talk sorted for the second leg then

Yep but who’s faults that?

Some would say stadium, most will say Levy.

DJ, yeah you’d expect them to start on the front foot but then you could see Ajax doing the same. Could be a very entertaining start to the game.

Similar to the City/Spurs game.

Not sure why some fans think they’ll turn it around. Haven’t spurs lost something like 8 domestic away games in a row?
