His arm was in an unnatural position to avoid it hitting his arm though. Hit his chest first, if we are giving that then any contact with the arm has to be punished.

At first i was unsure if it was a penalty, but after looking at the replay. That's a penalty for me.

Might seem like a harsh decision, but he had his arm out prior to the the ball being kicked. That's a risky chance you take.
