Tried pointing out that because one decision was given wrongly, doesn’t mean that it has to be given wrongly the next time it happens.

Have to wonder if they're setting VAR up to fail on purpose? It works well elsewhere and after seeing it at the World Cup I was all for it, now we're talking about awful decisions and inconsistency every week.

No and I admitted I don't think the second was offside, merely baffled by the difference in the decision making process for the two.

First goal there was clearly a handball and the play shouldn't have continued.
