Commentators making out the manager was a poor, frail old man when in reality he was chief WUM.
I've just realised that they can name upto 12 subs in the Serie A.
Then I dug around and found this article from about 4 days ago.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/amp/football/50314923
".....Serie A could introduce five substitutions a match, after a request was sent by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) to football's lawmakers.
The move is backed by Italy's top-flight clubs who want more choice, with teams already allowed to name 12 substitutes on the bench.
The five changes would be made over three stoppages, to reduce the number of breaks in play.
Serie C already allow five substitutes."

Interesting idea, how long til we have rolling subs and specialist dead ball 0layers coming on just for corners and free kicks.

Rolling subs is one of the main reasons I've always found it hard to get behind American team sports. 0% risk of fecking up a substitution. Takes all the fun right out.
Dybala on for Cristiano in the 55th minute.

The second one should have been a penalty under current rules but the first one came off a City player's hand first.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You facking what? His hands were down by his side and the ball was kicked at him from half a meter away.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah but I thought they changed the rules or something?
It shouldn't be a penalty anyways but I thought it was under the new stupid rules.

Michael Oliver developed into a bad referee I have to say.
______
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It was great refereeing from Oliver, hes seen Liverpool regained possession after handball frommbernardo silva and played a great advantage which resulted in football fans around the world witnessing a wonderful Fabinho goal. This is why hes the best ref in the league.
8:40 KO harrogate v Pompey on BT now the power is back on...
Micheal Owen not impressed - really doesn't want to be there..😄
Not sure many people want Owen to be there either
