They need to simplify it. If it hits your hand it’s a penalty/free kick.

Ffs Whyte already walking to the ring? Wanted to watch him on the undercard didn’t realise it would be so early.
Was clarified a couple of weeks ago about handball decisions in the area.
If a player is on the ground and using his arm for stability, it cannot be handball if it hits his hand/arm as it's deemed as in a natural position. Sensible really.
