At this point, I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick up a pair of gloves and play in goal.

Don't get me wrong it's fantastic experience for him... But whatever happened to playing in the under 21s to learn the trade

In all fairness, about half the squad at Wembley today should still be with the U21s.

Very impressed with James, but whether he can get ahead of Southgate favourite Trippier, is another matter.
