Willian since his hat trick of his assists in his first game for arsenal has done fack all
Not sure about Howe. Huge credit for what he did with Bournemouth, great style of football which would suit Arsenal and a very detailed coach, but not sure how capable his "managerial" ability is. Not sure he would cope so well with so many big name players in the dressing room, all the massive wages that the unwanted players are on like Sokratis and Ozil for example and I've heard stories of him having favourites in the dressing room and I'm not sure how well that would go down with the current group of players.
If he keeps progressing through in his career and can do a good job at another club, then yes maybe, but now wouldn't be the right time imo.

No it’s not. Luckily for Arsenal the teams already below them won’t pick up enough points to let this happen. Sheffield and West Brom are certs to go down and at least one of the others won’t be able to put a good enough run together.
