why did the linesman wait for James to take 4 touches
When Chelsea attacking Giroud too often play the direct ball instead to keep the ball first. If it comes off it's fine but too often they lose the ball.
What was James doing there. Cant let him running into the box like that and play the cross.

Honestly I would put in Werner but he will bring in Pulisic. Dont think it is right. Wouldnt have subbed OG there.
Tuchel subs are quite defensive

He's always negative. He set up similarly against Southampton, who'd lost 6 in a row. They've scored 10 goals in nearly 9 games under him now. You don't appoint Tuchel if you're worried about entertainment

He’s let a lot of those go. James has been fouled/held back from making runs off the ball now a couple of times when other players have looked like breaking and he’s just let advantage go.
