Was impressed by Madrid tonight. There's still life in them afterall.

Not the worst result for Dortmund.

Madrid were quality. What people tend to forget is that the Barca that beat liverpool 3-0 in the first leg 2 seasons ago or the Atletico that won 1-0 last season all had poor games.

This Madrid side took liverpool to the cleaners. I bet Fabinho plays the second leg in defence.

How come the ref blew instead of waiting for VAR to adjudicate.
Only had to wait a split second longer while Bellingham put it in the net.

That makes it 4 draws in a row from Brentford. All against sides in the bottom half of the table.

This was Liverpool's 10th defeat in 2021. The last time they lost so many games before May was in 1954. They got relegated that year.
