you are right, if you meant that city/united/leicester would be the top 3.
basically needs both the EL and CL winners to finish 5th or below, and then 4th is indeed f()cked
Only 5 CL places maximum allocated to the PL Benny, therefore if Chelsea and Arsenal win in Europe and don't finish top 4, then 4th place won't get CL.

Probably best hoping for one of the other teams to get through.
Imagine the outrage if someone like Lyon had been bought over by Abu Dhabi and it was them v Qatar PSG in the CL final. I doubt English fans would be so OK with it. But let's ignore the issue because it's English football benefiting.
