Very curious to find out the cause. I wasn’t watching it but the sequence of events doesn’t sound like a heart attack if he was sitting up after CPR???

A kid I went to school with had something very similar happen to him when he was fifteen. He died. It's a rare, but known, phenomenon for athletes at the peek of their fitness just have their heart go on the field.

“Christian Eriksen is AWAKE and is undergoing further examinations at Rigshospitalet”.
The EURO 2020 account confirmed he is in hospital and stable.
Doesn't mean he's completely out of the woods yet, but it is looking good.
