Wasted loads of money on players that have flopped like Coutinho and Dembele. Might still have been at their previous level had they spent that more wisely.

PSG absolutely facked them. They had never planned on losing Neymar and then all of a sudden they had 200 million and a massive hole that the Barca fans demanded filling.

They still had Messi and Suarez. They didn't suddenly fall apart without Neymar but it may have been the beginning of the downfall.
