I've always viewed this as a bit of a negative, strangely enough.
I mean, how on earth would you be able to motivate a kid who pretty much carried his country to a world cup win at 18?
Just look at his body language after getting dumped out of the CL the other day. Looked like he'd just lost in a kickabout with some kids he'd met at the park.
Haven’t really paid attention this season really but

I feel the confidence of being World Champion helped him.
The season after he won the World title his goals per game in the league went from about 0.5 to over 1.0.
United need to sort out his whole squad in the summer and then looking for promising talents rather then big names.

I have said that under Tuchel Chelsea not really improved football wise.
CL is a cup competition. Who knows if Chelsea wouldnt have won it under Lampard.
Tuchel inherited a team full of stars. Lampard brought in some youngsters who made the first team.
