Have clubs/ players, before the season starts, ask the Refs to demonstrate exactly what it is they expect defenders to do in the penalty box?

It does amaze me, year on year, there’s the same questions from players to the refs, and I always think how is this not addressed before hand.

Refs need to explain, and clubs/players need to stop guessing what they can do.

Been reading lots of comments about the red cards, but under the laws of the game, if you are the last man, and deny a clear goal-scoring opportunity by making a challenge without realistically challenging for the ball, it's a red. Clear and simple. Yes they look harsh, but they are cynical tackles.
