It's never a good sign when you're in Europe and you're going back to home country of Brazil, and it ISN'T near the end of your career.

1245 kick offs always seem dull.

Even the commentators have got bored and are talking about international football...

Chelsea are the counter attack kings but Newcastle are spending most of the game sitting back.

That equals a shitt game.

Only way this game could be more boring is if Michael Owen was co-commentating.

Or Hargreaves commentating..

I didn't know Hargreaves did the commentary.

I must say he is one of the worst pundits BT use.

Most of the BT pundits are shocking... David James
Maybe it is the style and format of the whole thing.

Did you see when Ginola did the wan ker gesture behind the presenter?

Sums the whole standard of presentation up.

I bet Liverpool against Arsenal will finish 0-0

BT haven't been too bad when you compare it to how poor Sky were to begin with.

Why don't bt show a 2.30 bundesliga game? They do a 2pm serie a game on Sundays.

But Sky didn't really have a blueprint. BT have seen how Sky, Setanta, ESPN and all the others have done it so should be able to come up with something better. A lot of it looks like the worst of Skys 20+ years.

Not allowed to show live football between 230 and 515 on a Saturday or something. Same as why we missed the first 10 mins of El Classico last week.

That would be awful. At the end of the day he's merked the defender and got the 3 points. But Rio it's a cup game.

Basically BT are using the left over pundits that none of the other channels wanted.

Bt's European coverage is pretty good. The show on Sunday evenings that James Richardson hosts with rafa honeigstein, ginola and the long haired bloke is usually a good watch.

Troy Deeney misses an open goal
Watford missing chance after chance.

James Richardson is one of the best presenters i've ever seen. I loved his stuff on channel 4 back in the day.

Yeah, for all its faults concerning PL coverage, BT does show about 500 games a week.
