A lot of you may think i'm stupid for saying this, but I really don't think Shaw is much better than Bertrand if it all. If Bertrand had the full support of a manager and played week in week out, he would be a very solid player. Only thing Shaw has on him is age

Don I am convinced that if Bertrand had the same amount of backing that Gibbs has had for Arsenal then he would be the better LB (good enough for first choice at the club). And I rate Gibbs.
Problem is he hasn't so he's not as good as he could have turned out.

He just hasn't been given a proper chance. But i've only ever seen him have one bad game whenever he's been given starts. No idea why Jose doesn't rate him.
Coentrao wants to leave. He's back-up there. Utd were close to signing him on loan in the summer.
It's like how AVB didn't rate him at all either.
Only RDM trusted him (and he was almost always solid). Rafa was fair as well to him.
