Balance of the two is the way to go.
Short but sweet, that's answered that one cheers Igor
I'm better at the one liners.
Paragraphs and shittle get me all a muddled.
It's the eternal conundrum Charlie - do just enough to get into the PL with experienced and expensive players who then may not be good enough to play there but reaping the the financial rewards of promotion or get a load of extremely talented youngsters who are not 'ours' and have to return to parent clubs necessitating a re-build of your promoted team and still reaping the financial rewards......
Igor - have you washed your shirt?
It s the way you tell 'em
Just drying it at the moment bro.
So fresh
Mmmmmmmm.....picked mine of the radiator and put it on the sacred hanger and it smelt divine...
15YO had hers done as well.....
Off, of, offski, offal who cares, not I.
I got it.
Yeah Vidal, my thoughts exactly, and as for one of the strongest squads in league, we'll find out more about that tomorrow
I don't like it for 2 reasons...
Firstly, it allows the big clubs to get bigger and hoard players. I could rant about everything thats wrong in the game but whats the point!
Secondly, because if a club gets promoted as a result of numerous loans rather than building on a successful squad you get the heart ripped out of your team and begin the following season struggling to recreate what bought you success in the first place.
It is great to see us attracting good, young players and playing some superb football at times but I worry that if we do get promoted the core of *our* team won't be strong enough to stand a chance of surviving.
The transition form Championship to Premier League is never easy. Often the players who slogged it out to get you there are of no use to you in the high speed game. Perhaps loans are the answer, as long as when they walk away, the club can put in place the right kind of players to keep you up.
