Lubo- I agree with you. Im just thinking IF it did happen there is not many names I can think of who I think I would like.
Names linked would be on the lines of
Karl Robinson
Owen Coyle
Gianfranco Zola
MM is doing well at Ipswich. Leeds fan isn't he?
Stick with BM though. I think he will sort it long term.
There is nothing wrong with the manager, yes he has made some mistakes but the squad is limited, its tge legacy that papa smurf left us with, he truly screwed us nasty t*##
Rubbish to watch, poor signings
No real plan
But there something about brian
No way should be sack him
Brian isn't the Messiah.
Don't think he's up to the task.
I was of the opinion that he should be given the time to bring his own players in during this window and then we should take a view.
However, after watching the drivel that was served up today, I wouldn't want McDermott spending another penny of any alleged transfer funds.
Four of BM's players on the pitch at any one time today. Did they impress enough for you to be happy for him to bring in more employing the tactics that he prefers?
No doubt he'll be telling us that this is only one match and that he always looks for the next one irrespective of the result. He'll no doubt add that it happened to him at Reading but he went on to a winning streak.
Not good enough.
I agree LIW. He's trying to re-build the club from yet he bottom. It's a big task.
We all said if we finished top half this season and then have a go next year we would be happy.
Getting in the top six raised expectations but the bottom line is the squad isn't good enough.
I'm not saying we can't get in the top six as the league is wide open from fourth down. Sixth place is there for the taking but without a couple of decent signings it will be hard work.
It looks like Stewart is on his way. We asked them not to cup tie him today and they obliged. Waste of a phone call I think
Stevie. He's gutted and offered no excuses.
He's made mistakes, but he's had one transfer window!! Would be stupid to sack him.
The board need to stop all this twitter ball tickling bollo ks and start showing some ambition.
Well he's making a good job of taking the club to new depths.
Doesn't surprise me that people come out making excuses for him. Nice guy but not good enough. He stated that he'd picked a team to win against Rochdale. I'm surprised he didn't play it.
Bottom line, irrespective of where this club is in terms of rebuilding, is that we should have won today. The players didn't cover themselves in any glory but McDermott is ultimately responsible for this debacle and suggesting otherwise quite frankly, is nonsense.
Sorry Stoopo, didn't see your last comment. He should be gutted, he should be embarrassed.

He saved us from dropping to League 1 last year after the disaster that was Warnock, and we all thank him for that. (Well Clive will no doubt deny this, haha).
But we need to see massive improvement over the next 4 league games (which are all toughies) or else it could be sayonara BMac
LIW, are you sick?
He's don't nothing right!
There is something about him, but it's not a good something.
We were 12th when Warnock left and finished 13th under McDermott.
How is that saving us?
You know what I can see Grayson coming back as well.
If that happens expect to see me in the papers.
