Fifa 14 blurring and pixalating!

Have you tried:

Turning it on and off again?

Putting your fingers in the socket?

Playing FIFA whilst sober?

Selling your house and TV and buying another? This is probably the most cost effective answer.

Are you sure its not an Xbox game?

Could be the game that's faulty rather than a tv problem.

Had same problem with ps4 on replays. But my ps4 broke got new one and it's alright. Not sure what ps3 will answer is.

There's another guy with the same problem on this thread. Maybe you can get some advice from the answers on that thread?

The game worked on my old tv that's all. So don't know why on 2 better more advanced tvs it's not keeping up with the motion/movement.

Some well known brands (especially Samsung) are known to add their lables to cheaper tvs so even though you're buying a well known brand it's possibly just a piece of crap. Anyhow projectors are the way to go.

Judging by this review: http://www.avforums.com/review/toshiba-l4353-32l4353db-led-television-review.575#sectionAnchor23693

It's probably the TV.

Go to the display settings on the PS3 and make sure that's all ok as well.

I tried hooking my PS3 up to my projector a while back but I was never able to get it working.

Is there something I need to change in the settings?

In the settings on the Xbox 360, for example, you can change the Hz output, 99% sure this will also be the case on the PS3.

Maybe your new TV needs a different one? Read the settings and your TV manual.

Be careful as your TV might be being too smart and trying to do some clever things in the background that is causing the issue. Check your TV settings also and make sure you haven't got some sort of picture enhance feature on as this I have found can play havoc with consoles. I turned something on once, tried to play GTA 5 and it was blurry and laggy, turned the option off on the TV settings then all good.

Diggler, you will probably have to change the output settings on the PS3. Caution - do this with it plugged into both outputs to your TV and the projector otherwise you won't be able to save the new settings (as you won't be able to see the picture)

Cheers, it was connected with HDMI but never got any picture despite playing around with the projector settings.

I dont have a tv in that room (nor can I be bothered so I guess I will leave it for now)...

It could possibly be the "game mode" setting if it has one. Loads of smart tv's do have it. My brother was having the same problem with his and we found that his "game mode" was on and when we turned it off the problem was no longer there.

Not at all sure that's a common thing but it worked for him so worth a shot.
