for me though the top 3 in 4 years time will be Gotze, Neymar and Hazard
that emerick kid will be good in a few years
If any defender is likely to win it next few years it's Alaba IMO (how Shaw got in ahead of him..)
He's a great player but I feel like he's not even in the top three in his position in the league
Best comment I've seen from a Manc.
If Draxler comes to Arsenal he'll be up there I reckon. Him and Ox would be our Robben and Ribery but he'll exceed Robben coz Germans aren't bottlers
For me the top 3 in 4 years time will be Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar.
Koke? Can see him moving to Barce sooner rather than later
Ronaldo won't be top 3 when he's 33 Darren
Domenico Berardi
----------------
Oh yeah he's good, he'll be the Cavani of the world round then, top player but not quite in that bracket
Suarez is at his peak and won't get any better than he already is now. He won't win. Neither will Aguero as there are better strikers than him.
Defenders and GK have next to no chance of winning.
Only Hazard and Oscar have the talent and are well placed enough to win. Would be extremely surprised if one of the two don't consistently get top 3.
Ronaldo will be a CF when he is 33.
Ronaldo will be snorting coke in some Hollywood suaree when he's 33 (allegedly)
And he'll be the best cf in the world when he's 33.
Only Hazard and Oscar
====================
sorry what? Hazard is infinitely better than Oscar, Isco, Gotze, Ozil, Draxler, Mata are all better than Oscar
We should start calling him Oxcar seeing as he's similarly overrated.
Goetze, Thiago, Neymar, Hazard, Pogba, and probably even Draxler have more talent than Oscar in my opinion.

2010 Lionel Messi Argentina
2009 Lionel Messi Argentina

2007 Kaká Brazil

2005 Ronaldinho Brazil
2004 Ronaldinho Brazil
2003 Zinedine Zidane France
2002 Ronaldo Brazil

1996 Ronaldo Brazil
1995 George Weah Liberia
1994 Romário Brazil
1993 Roberto Baggio Italy
1992 Marco van Basten Netherlands
1991 Lothar Matthäus Germany
Based on previous history, what we're looking for is a future Champions League Winner, foreigner and flair player in a flair team from the PL.
That narrows it down dramatically to :
Sergio Aguero
David Silva
Mesut Ozil
The rest have no chance!
Mex first of all this article is about PL players and secondly no. Oscar this season has been better than all of those players (bar Hazard) and is the best performer for his national team out of everyone on that list (major factor for the Ballon D'Or).
Also including Draxler in that list is a joke. He is not on the same level as the other players you mentioned.
and probably even Draxler have more talent than Oscar in my opinion.
============================================
there's no probably about it
I'd swap Oscar for Mata tomorrow because he brings so much more to the team. he works hard, has some of the best tackling stats in the league and presses like the best.
Mata is more talented in terms of skill but Oscar will grow into a better player.
Also including Draxler in that list is a joke. He is not on the same level as the other players you mentioned.
==========================================
your opinion is a joke then
I don't think Ozil or Silva will ever be in with a chance of winning it, they rarely score important goals or even make an impact in the big games.

Why not?

A player that relies so much on physical attributes won't be anywhere near as effective/efficient as he is now when he's 33. He'll still be good, but he won't still be top 3 ballon d'Or contender.
